How to solve cysts in the uterus

Patient's question:

Detailed medical condition and consultation purpose: A few days ago, I had a routine check-up, and the ultrasound detected a cyst about 1.2 cm in size in the uterus. Could you please explain what this is and what treatment I should undergo?
Current general condition: Whenever I hold my urine, I feel abdominal pain, but lying down on the bed for about half an hour makes the pain subside. Is this related to the above reason, or could it be nephritis?
History of previous diagnoses and treatments, as well as their effectiveness: In June of this year, I had an induced abortion, followed by a uterine clearance in July. After that, I took Leulan anti-inflammatory medication.
First additional question: What treatment should I follow? What medication should I take?

Doctor's answer:

A cyst is a benign, sac-like growth that forms within an internal organ, with its contents being liquid in nature. Cysts are not true tumors. Most cysts are round in shape, with a semi-circular protrusion on the skin surface. They are generally located in the dermis and subcutaneous tissue. Due to the encapsulating wall, their edges are smooth and well-defined, with minimal adhesion to surrounding tissues. When touched, they feel smooth, elastic, and cystic. The surface skin is usually free of inflammation and appears normal in color. Cysts generally have limited growth and do not expand infinitely, thus causing local compression symptoms. Surgical treatment can be considered.
