Patient's question:
Doctor:Hello! I previously had mild cervical inflammation (TV Blue was positive). Later, I took a course of medication prescribed by the doctor and felt that the problem wasn’t very serious anymore, so I didn’t go for a follow-up. It’s been six months now. Recently, I’ve been feeling unwell, with dizziness, headaches, often feeling stuffy and like vomiting. I haven’t had any sexual activity since my last menstrual period. My menstrual cramps are very severe—twice, the pain was so intense that my hands went numb, and I only got relief after taking Spasfon. My menstrual cycle is very regular, and everything else is normal. I’ve just heard that if cervical inflammation isn’t treated, it can lead to very serious consequences, such as cancer. So I’m very worried!
Doctor's answer:
Cervicitis is a common gynecological inflammation that can be divided into acute and chronic types. The occurrence of cervicitis can lead to many hazards, including causing various inflammatory conditions such as cervical erosion, cervical hyperplasia, and cervical polyps. It can also result in miscarriage in women. The treatment process is relatively slow. Gynecological Qianjin Tablets (Capsules) are effective for abnormal vaginal discharge (leukorrhea) caused by chronic cervicitis, such as yellow discharge with a bad odor; excessive menstrual flow, prolonged menstrual periods, and intermittent bleeding; as well as lower abdominal pain, lumbosacral soreness, and dysmenorrhea. Generally, it takes 3–4 courses of treatment, with 2–3 courses for milder conditions. Each course lasts 14 days.
