Renowned experts provide guidance, offering the 2006 exam questions with 6 major bonuses. "The 2007 Postgraduate Entrance Exam Political Theory Review Guide" (hereinafter referred to as "The Guide") is designed to assist with the following courses: Principles of Marxist Philosophy, Principles of Marxist Political Economy, Introduction to Mao Zedong Thought, Theory of Deng Xiaoping and the "Three Represents," and Contemporary World Economy and Politics.
The guidance for each course in "The Guide" consists of three main parts:
1. "Theoretical Review Guidance" section, which includes an overview of basic content (basic knowledge and basic principles), key review points, and review tips, aiming to help candidates grasp the systematic theory while focusing on key areas and understanding issues that require special attention during the review.
2. "Practical Operation Practice" section, which, based on the content of each chapter and the situation of past exams, provides examples of multiple-choice questions I (single-choice questions), multiple-choice questions II (multiple-choice questions), and analysis question formats. The selection of question types is designed to be as representative, typical, and practical as possible, helping candidates to apply knowledge flexibly and improve their ability to use theories.
3. "Review and Reflection Questions" section, which summarizes the key content of each chapter in a question-based format. Candidates are encouraged to reflect on the key content and issues of each chapter, think independently, answer questions by themselves, and assess their review outcomes to determine further efforts. This is a self-summarizing, self-solving, and self-testing review process.
Additionally, after each part (each course), there is an analysis of different types of questions. Some important and representative questions of various types are selected, and correct answers are provided along with further analysis of the problem-solving approach and methods. This is done to guide candidates in correctly answering various types of questions.
"The Guide" pays special attention to and emphasizes the following issues:
1. Highlighting the systematicity and comprehensiveness of theory. To help candidates with systematic review, the guide does not simply pile up question-and-answer formats but combines points and details through various forms of discussions and problem-solving to accurately and comprehensively present the basic content of the political theory exam scope. It introduces the basic knowledge and theories of each discipline, aiming to provide candidates with systematic rather than fragmented knowledge and key points. This is extremely important. Without a holistic and comprehensive understanding of the content of the political theory course, it is impossible to grasp its essence.
2. On the basis of comprehensiveness and systematicity, highlight key content and emphasize the mastery of essential knowledge points, guiding candidates to focus on the main points and expand their understanding, thereby improving the efficiency and effectiveness of their review. For this purpose, detailed discussions are provided for key issues in each chapter, along with clear indications of points that require attention.
3. Adhering to the spirit of "keeping pace with the times" by focusing on the application of Marxist theory, theoretical reflection on practical issues, and new practices and developments. The guide strengthens the ability to master theory and connect it with practice from various angles and through various question types, inspiring candidates to think independently and improve their ability to apply theory to practice. It encourages candidates to use the basic stance, viewpoints, and methods of Marxism to observe and solve practical issues in China's reform and opening-up and modernization, as well as various economic, political, and cultural issues in the contemporary world.
4. While imparting knowledge and introducing theories, the guide consistently emphasizes guidance on learning and review methods. In a sense, this is even more important for candidates.
