Features: To better adapt to the continuous reform and development of teaching materials, as well as the varying needs of basic education in southern and northern regions, educationally advanced provinces, and underdeveloped central and western areas, we established a research team in August 2002. After more than a year of research, planning, and design, we developed the initial framework of the Middle and Primary School Classroom Knowledge Handbook series. Principals, teachers from universities such as Beijing Normal University, Nanjing Normal University, Shandong Normal University, Tianjin Normal University, Anhui Normal University, and Qufu Normal University, as well as some schools like Beijing Haidian Teachers' College, Huanggang High School, Qidong High School, Hefei High School, Tongling High School, and Shanxi Kangjie High School, contributed significantly to the writing of the series.
We believe that implementing key knowledge points holds more promise than focusing on textbook chapters, and that regardless of the variety or version of textbooks, the syllabus and curriculum standards, as well as the core knowledge points and structural modules, remain relatively fixed. Based on this understanding, the series adopts an editorial approach that balances depth and breadth in subject matter, appropriately enhances learning, and fully interprets the new curriculum standards and syllabus. Additionally, we referred to several influential textbooks issued by the Ministry of Education to analyze the connotation of subject concepts, expand and extend their extension, point out difficult and easily mistaken areas, and emphasize the horizontal and vertical integration of knowledge content. We also strive to appropriately summarize hot topics and related knowledge.
The series features fresh material, profound insights, and a strong emphasis on practical skills, innovative testing, and open-ended, exploratory learning. It serves not only as an excellent tool for students but also as a reference for teachers.
