Features: As an emerging and developing discipline, Chinese economic law has gone through more than 20 years of. As a crucial component of China's socialist legal system, economic law has also been irrefutably recognized. With the further development of the market economy and the continuous advancement of the rule of law strategy, economic law will undoubtedly usher in a brighter future. Since this is a forum, we strive to make it more vibrant in terms of guidance. In terms of column settings, there are relatively fixed columns such as Basic Theory, Institutional Research, International Perspectives, Academic Debates, and Rural Rule of Law, as well as new columns that can be created based on the editorial plans of each issue. The forum will adhere to the principle of "a hundred flowers blooming and a hundred schools of thought contending," with a focus on people's livelihoods, tracking theoretical frontiers, and serving judicial practice as its fundamental pursuit.
