What are the symptoms of amenorrhea?

Patient's question:

Previously everything was normal, I would like to ask;
What is the condition of amenorrhea?
How should it be treated?

Doctor's answer:

Amenorrhea refers to the absence of menstruation in women who are 18 years old or older and have never experienced menarche, or those who previously had normal menstruation but have experienced amenorrhea for more than three cycles. The former is known as primary amenorrhea, while the latter is called secondary amenorrhea. Amenorrhea during prepuberty, pregnancy, lactation, and menopause are all physiological phenomena. Broadly speaking, the reasons can be summarized as follows: such as uterine developmental disorders, endometrial tuberculosis, uterine cavity adhesions caused by curettage, ovarian dysfunction, premature ovarian failure, polycystic ovary syndrome, pituitary tumors, anterior lobe necrosis of the pituitary caused by postpartum massive hemorrhage, or amenorrhea caused by hypothalamic dysfunction due to psychological trauma, anxiety, fear, or severe malnutrition.

Laboratory tests show increased erythrocyte sedimentation rate and an increase in lymphocytes in the blood count; amenorrhea caused by uterine adhesions often has a history of curettage and is accompanied by cyclic lower abdominal pain or back pain.
2. Ovarian amenorrhea: Amenorrhea caused by ovarian dysfunction is often accompanied by vaginal dryness, difficulty during intercourse, or infertility; amenorrhea caused by premature ovarian failure is characterized by the absence of menstruation before the age of 40, accompanied by
