Patient's question:
Currently, the general condition: StingingHistory of previous diagnosis and treatment, as well as the effects: After injections, medication, and physical therapy, it improved, but then it recurred
Detailed condition and purpose of consultation: How can hydrosalpinx be cured?
Doctor's answer:
Hello: Causes of fallopian tube hydrops:(1) When chronic tubal inflammation occurs, the fimbriae of the fallopian tube can become adhered and occluded due to inflammation, leading to the gradual accumulation of exudate and transudate within the tubal lumen.
(2) Some cases of fallopian tube hydrops may develop from tubal abscess transformation. Initially, the pus cells and necrotic tissue within the lumen are degraded and cleared by phagocytes, gradually turning the purulent fluid into clear, watery liquid.
In some cases, fallopian tube hydrops is not caused by tubal inflammation but rather results from secondary complications after tubal sterilization. Therefore, surgical treatment may be necessary when required.
