How to treat one fallopian tube blockage well

Patient's question:

Detailed medical condition and consultation purpose: I am a young woman, but infertility has caused me immense pain. I have undergone surgeries and treatments, yet after a year, there has been no improvement. It is due to chronic pelvic inflammation. Everything is because of it. Please, what treatment is best for blocked fallopian tubes?

Doctor's answer:

Hello: Then could you please confirm whether your condition is diagnosed as fallopian tube blockage or ovulation disorder?
Fallopian Tube Blockage
(1) Tubal medication: When the fallopian tubes have mild adhesion or incomplete blockage, medication can be injected through the uterine cavity or fallopian tubes. The medication may include antibiotics, dexamethasone, and hyaluronidase dissolved in physiological saline. The volume of liquid depends on the degree of patency and is generally administered every 2-3 days after the menstrual period ends, until ovulation, for 2-3 cycles. If ineffective, laparoscopic examination is recommended.
(2) Tubaloplasty: For cases where conservative treatment for tubal inflammation is ineffective, tubaloplasty can be performed based on the results of hysterosalpingography, depending on the location of the blockage. There are four types: tubal adhesion separation, ostomy, end-to-end anastomosis of the obstructed section, and tubal cornual implantation, etc.
