What are the symptoms of gonorrhea?

Patient's question:

What are the symptoms of cervical erosion? Is it serious? How should it be treated?
How should I treat the mold?
A while ago, I was pregnant and was preparing for an abortion when I was found to have mold and cervical erosion. Later, I received an injection for mold treatment for one day, then had the abortion the next day, and received another injection for one more day. After that, I stopped the injections. Later, I experienced lower abdominal pain and went to the hospital for a check-up, where it was found that there was blood accumulation in the uterus. Later, I received injections for five more days. Now, a month has passed, and I haven’t had my period yet. Is this normal? Additionally, I’ve been experiencing pain in my right waist recently, but I can’t describe it as either aching or anything specific. Is this serious?

Doctor's answer:

Cervical erosion can be classified into three forms in clinical practice: mild cervical erosion, moderate cervical erosion, and severe cervical erosion.
1. Symptoms of mild cervical erosion: Mild cervical erosion is rarely accompanied by pain symptoms, such as lower back and sacral pain, pelvic dragging pain, and dysmenorrhea. An increase in leukorrhea is the primary symptom of mild cervical erosion and may even be the only symptom. Mild cervical erosion typically causes an increase in leukorrhea, with yellowish, viscous, and foul-smelling discharge. Depending on the causative organism of the infection, the quality, quantity, and color of leukorrhea may also change, leading to bleeding.
2. Symptoms of moderate cervical erosion: Patients with moderate cervical erosion may experience an increase in leukorrhea, which is yellowish, viscous, and foul-smelling. When inflammation stimulates the external genitalia, itching may occur. When the erosion surface becomes significantly congested, appearing bright red or easily bleeding, irregular vaginal bleeding may occur. Leukorrhea also changes. While mild cervical erosion only causes an increase in leukorrhea, severe cervical erosion leads to changes in symptoms, such as yellowish leukorrhea accompanied by occasional streaks of blood in the discharge.
