One of the most psychological scenarios triggered by reading is hypnosis. Especially when reading the books of people we admire, we accept them unconditionally and lose our usual critical judgment. When certain information triggers dissent within us, consciousness helps us rationalize it, feeling that it must be our own mistake. Therefore, when introducing topics through individual cases, we must be sensitive to the fact that each case occurs in a different context, environment, and cultural background, not to mention the many stylistic characteristics of psychologists themselves. Thus, the methods used by psychologists in a particular case cannot be assumed to be universally applicable. This book is also written in the form of individual cases. To avoid misleading readers, I have tried my best to use explanatory methods, allowing readers to choose how to respond to similar situations themselves, rather than directly stating the so-called treatment methods. Additionally, some viewpoints have been added after certain cases to compensate for the lack of explanation.
