Features: For people living in a rich, diverse, and ever-changing environment, whether they are entrepreneurs, workers, leaders, or decision-makers, planning and communication skills are indispensable. In the 21st century, marked by economic globalization, the knowledge economy, and increasingly strong network connections, business and management professionals must possess highly skilled planning and communication abilities. What planning and communication concepts should MBA students adopt? What planning and communication techniques should they master? What kind of planning and communication knowledge should they learn? This book attempts to provide a framework along with the corresponding theories, methods, and techniques. The cultivation of MBAs in China has been ongoing for over a decade. From 1991, when the first batch of MBA students enrolled in a handful of universities with fewer than 100 students, to the present, with more than 60 higher education institutions across the country offering MBA programs, this reflects the adaptation of China's higher education management programs to the practical needs of the market economy and the development of economic globalization. It also highlights the significant transformation and transitional period in China's economy, society, and education. Currently, in addition to the formal MBA programs offered in universities, there are also business management education programs in society that focus primarily on skill training. The rapid rise of MBA education in China is, overall, a result of the sharp increase in demand for practical business talents due to the swift transition from a planned economy to a market economy. It is also a microcosm of China's continuous opening-up, the adoption of more international practices in economic activities, and the gradual internationalization of management education. Despite this, the current scale of MBAs in China is still far from meeting the needs of the country's economic development.
