Symptoms of Female Vaginitis Diseases:
1. Trichomoniasis
  Symptoms: Increased vaginal discharge, creamy or yellow in color, sometimes purulent discharge, often foamy, with a foul odor. Severe cases may have bloody discharge, dysuria, pollakiuria, and hematuria.
  Hazards: Can lead to trichomoniasis of the urethra, cystitis, and pyelonephritis. Since trichomonads can consume sperm, they may cause infertility and affect sexual life.
2. Candidal Vaginitis
  Symptoms: Itching of the external genitalia, burning pain in the external genitalia and vagina, increased discharge resembling curd, sometimes accompanied by pollakiuria, dysuria, and dyspareunia.
