Is it better to use Nacogel or Andafen for cervical erosion?

Patient's question:

Please ask, for cervical erosion, is Nakejia better or Andafen better? (Unmarried)

Doctor's answer:

1) Medication Treatment: For small erosion areas and superficial inflammatory infiltration, the following medication treatments can be used:
① Zhimi Powder: Apply locally 3-4 times per week, with 5 applications constituting one course.
② Potassium Permanganate: Apply locally after menstruation, and repeat treatment once after 1-2 months. When using these medications, handle with care to prevent burns to the surrounding vaginal wall, and ensure sterilization during application to prevent reinfection.
(2) Physical Treatment: Used for larger erosion areas and deeper inflammatory infiltration of cervical erosion.
① Electrocautery: Use a special electrocautery device to burn the erosion tissue, causing it to necrose and fall off. The treatment should reach a certain depth for effective results.
② Cryotherapy: Use a special rapid freezing device to freeze and necrose the diseased tissue of the cervical erosion, causing it to fall off. Liquid nitrogen is commonly used as the cryogen, with the cryoprobe temperature reaching -196°C. Apply it to the surface of the cervix to freeze and necrose the erosion tissue, allowing new squamous epithelium to regenerate. One session is usually sufficient for cure. Generally, no adverse reactions occur, though some patients may experience mild dizziness or lower abdominal pain during desquamation.
③ Laser Treatment: Typically uses a carbon dioxide laser device. Apply the special laser treatment head to the erosion tissue to carbonize, form eschars, and cause it to fall off, followed by the regeneration of new squamous epithelium. One session is usually sufficient for cure. No special discomfort occurs during the procedure, though some patients may experience bleeding during eschar removal.
④ Ks Instrument Treatment: Utilizes special wavelength photothermal therapy, which is painless and highly effective. During treatment with these methods, maintain cleanliness of the external genitalia, and avoid sexual activity, vaginal irrigation, or sitz baths. Regular follow-up is also necessary to monitor the healing of the erosion area.
(3) Surgical Treatment: For cases where medication and physical treatments are ineffective, deeper or larger cervical erosion, cervical hypertrophy, or suspicion of malignancy, cervical cone resection or total hysterectomy may be considered.
