How to Use the Book "Inkstone"
The names of items listed in "Inkstone" primarily follow general conventional terms. If there are multiple alternative names, the more common one is used.
Era
The dating of main illustrations in "Inkstone" is based on the era characteristics of the items. For those with potential cross-era ambiguity, there are two methods: 1. Directly labeled (e.g., "Sui-Tang"), 2. Placed in the next era (the so-called "Qi does not follow above").
Main Illustration
The main illustration is the primary object of textual interpretation. The selection criteria for these images focus on high-end circulating goods in general first-tier antique markets, as they have interpretive commonality. Additionally, the items have undergone strict screening to minimize doubts about their authenticity.
Printing Technology
The publisher of "Inkstone" employs advanced CTP technology to maintain high image clarity.
Identification Key Points
The identification key points surrounding the main illustrations are the author's direct visual identification experience.
Item Knowledge
Explanations of item-related knowledge include era styles, craftsmanship, patterns, texture, and other peripheral knowledge related to appreciation.
Price Reference
The prices mentioned in "Inkstone" are generally based on market circulation prices as a reference standard and do not represent specific transaction agreements. The price reference for fakes is based on the general level of counterfeit production and is not related to high-quality fakes or crafts.
