[Preface] This book is compiled based on the National Education Ministry's training program for skilled professionals in CNC technology applications and the relevant national occupational standards and technical skill assessment specifications formulated by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, combining the authors' extensive teaching and practical experience. With the development of China's industry, many world-class advanced enterprises are accelerating their relocation to China as part of their new strategic adjustments toward globalization and informatization. China is becoming the "World Factory" and "Manufacturing Center," with most of these foreign-funded enterprises' equipment being CNC systems integrating mechanical manufacturing technology, microelectronics, and information technology. At the same time, to enhance competitiveness, China's industries are also purchasing high-performance CNC equipment. Therefore, there is an urgent need for a large number of advanced technical and application talents proficient in CNC technology. This book focuses on explaining FANUC 0i-TB CNC instructions and their applications, integrating the explanation of programming instructions into programs for easier understanding and application. The examples of parts range from simple to complex, progressing step by step to facilitate practical operations.
