Two menstrual cycles, TCM diagnosis of slippery pulse, is it pregnancy?

Patient's question:

Healthy, low weight. Menstruation on April 8th. On April 22nd, a traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis revealed slippery pulse, suggesting possible pregnancy, followed by the prescription of medication for fetal health. Mild nausea, slight nipple tenderness, some abdominal discomfort, and slightly more frequent urination have gradually appeared. The pulse on the right wrist is slippery, while the left wrist beats slightly stronger than the slippery pulse.

Doctor's answer:

A "slippery pulse" appears, which flows smoothly, like pearls rolling in a plate. It generally appears around forty-five days after the menstrual period. Pregnancy can present with a slippery pulse, but a slippery pulse does not necessarily indicate pregnancy.
"A normal person's slippery pulse indicates abundant ying and wei," meaning that a slippery pulse in a healthy individual reflects a rich ying and wei, indicating good health.
To diagnose pregnancy, the following conditions must be met: the woman must be married, the couple must be living together, her menstrual periods have been regular, she has missed her period for more than forty-five days, a typical slippery pulse is present, she has a rosy complexion, feels tired and weak like a cold, experiences bloating in her lower abdomen and breast tenderness, or has already experienced nausea and vomiting. Only then should pregnancy be considered.
A slippery pulse can also appear during the menstrual period, in the three days before or after menstruation, or in the luteal phase (the time between two menstrual periods). Therefore, the pulse alone should not be used to diagnose pregnancy. Additionally, if a woman is confirmed to be pregnant but does not exhibit a slippery pulse, she may experience a miscarriage or premature birth.
