Features: What is the prevention of duty-related crimes, and how should the work of preventing such crimes be carried out? This seemingly familiar yet not fully explored new topic has been placed before the entire Party and society as a severe task in the new context. The meaning of preventing duty-related crimes is extremely broad and can generally be divided into broad prevention and narrow prevention. Narrow prevention corresponds to crackdowns, referring to the procuratorial organs analyzing and summarizing the causes, background, and patterns of duty-related crimes during a specific historical period, based on case handling. They dissect the criminal trajectories of offenders and propose targeted preventive measures from the perspectives of law, mechanisms, and systems. This involves mobilizing various positive factors and forces in society and comprehensively adopting political, economic, cultural, educational, administrative, and legal measures to curb, reduce, and ultimately eliminate duty-related crimes. Broad prevention, in addition to including narrow prevention, encompasses all measures and activities to prevent duty-related crimes from occurring, not limited to pre-crime prevention but also including post-crime punishment and reform, as well as other preventive measures. It emphasizes both "prevention" and "treatment," representing a comprehensive punitive and integrated management approach to duty-related crimes.
