How to reposition when the umbilical cord is wrapped around the neck twice

Patient's question:

I have an itchy lower body, and my underwear is always yellow. What's going on? How can the umbilical cord around the neck be repositioned in two weeks?

Doctor's answer:

When the umbilical cord is found to be wrapped around the neck, it does not necessarily require a cesarean section. Only when the fetal head does not descend or there are significant abnormalities in the fetal heart rate (fetal distress) should consideration be given to surgical intervention.
(1) Learn to count fetal movements. If the movements are too frequent or too infrequent, seek medical attention promptly;
  (2) For conditions such as excessive or insufficient amniotic fluid and malposition of the fetus, prenatal examinations should be conducted;
  (3) Assess the condition of the umbilical cord through indirect methods such as fetal heart monitoring and ultrasound examinations;
  (4) Do not request a cesarean section out of fear of umbilical cord complications.
