Features: This collection of historical materials is guided by historical materialism and adheres to the principle of seeking truth from facts. For documents, regulations, speeches by leaders, and inscriptions that played a certain role and had significant influence at the time, this book respects history and preserves the original form, generally making no changes or omissions. The People's Bank of China mentioned in this collection refers to the old currency before March 1, 1955. Most of the materials in this book were printed based on archival data provided by the Central Archives, the Archives of the Ministry of Culture, and the Archives of the Press and Publication Group, as well as early materials preserved by the Institute of Publishing Science and veteran figures in the publishing industry. Errors, omissions, and redundancies in the materials are corrected or supplemented with square brackets [], unclear characters are replaced with circles □, and obvious punctuation errors are corrected.
