How to determine pregnancy

Patient's question:

I was supposed to get my period on the 15th, but it hasn't arrived yet. Today, I took an early pregnancy test, and the reaction line was a very faint light pink. Recently, I've been experiencing intermittent abdominal bloating and pain, and my breasts are a bit sore. Additionally, the area around my vagina is very moist. Last week, my discharge was yellow and watery. Could I be pregnant? First follow-up question: The pregnancy test showed two lines—one for the control line was very clear, and the other for the reaction line was a light pink.

Doctor's answer:

??????Menstruation stops──Although the symptom of "menstruation stopping" does not necessarily mean you are pregnant, it suggests that your body has undergone changes. You should make an appointment with a doctor to verify and find the underlying reasons.
For confirmation, you should visit the hospital around 6 weeks after stopping menstruation. Your doctor, nurse, or clinical expert will collect urine and blood samples to test for chemical reactions indicating pregnancy. Two weeks after conception, the changes in HCG levels in urine and blood will be tested, while the uterus and cervix will also be examined. Typically, the cervix and vagina may appear slightly purplish (due to the rapid blood flow in this area during pregnancy), and the uterus will appear enlarged.
