What disease is it when the clitoris itches?

Patient's question:

Detailed medical condition and consultation purpose: Recently, I have been experiencing itching in the clitoris, along with some redness, and also itching in the surrounding pubic hair area. The itching is particularly severe at night. There are no other symptoms.
Duration and course of the current illness: 3 weeks
Current general condition: Itchy at times, not itchy at other times
Medical history: 2 weeks ago, I was diagnosed with leukorrhea containing +++ pus cells and am currently taking medication (metronidazole).
Previous diagnoses, treatments, and outcomes: When the leukorrhea containing +++ pus cells was detected, itching had already started in the clitoris and pubic hair area. However, there was a period when the itching gradually decreased, but it has recently returned again. (I feel it is more pronounced at night)

Doctor's answer:

Hello: Based on the information, bacterial vaginosis is considered.
Treatment for Bacterial Vaginosis:
1. Metronidazole (Flagyl)
Usage: Take 0.2-0.4g orally each time, 2-3 times a day, for 7 days. It can also be administered via intravenous drip.
2. Amoxicillin
Usage: Take 0.5g orally each time, 3 times a day. It can also be diluted and administered via intravenous drip in two divided doses of 6g per day.
Local Treatment
1. Wash regularly to maintain cleanliness.
2. You can use 3% boric acid or dilute acetic acid to rinse the vagina, followed by rinsing with clean water to alleviate symptoms.
3. Using erythromycin solution for rinsing may also be effective.
4. Use "Jie'eryin" or "Fu Yin Jie" to rinse the vagina internally, once a day or every other day.
Precautions:
- Appropriate treatment should be provided for sexual partners, regardless of whether they show symptoms.
- Bacterial vaginosis may coexist with other sexually transmitted diseases, so relevant tests and corresponding treatments should be conducted.
