Features: For a long time, China's industrial-financial integration has been dominated by state-owned economy. In the context of administrative mechanisms and property relations that are both unified and ambiguous, the enthusiasm and effectiveness of industrial-financial integration have not been given enough attention. We were the first to propose the issue and concept of the effectiveness of industrial-financial integration, and from the perspective of industrial economic development, we focused on exploring the effectiveness of China's industrial economy and financial industry integration from both theoretical and practical aspects. This book defines the effectiveness of industrial-financial integration as a dynamic and measurable concept, and categorizes the modes of industrial-financial integration into three types, pioneering the proposal of the "consulting service-based industrial-financial integration" model, believing that this mode plays a very important role in the economic life.
