Doctor's answer:
Hello: According to your description, your husband needs to continue treatment. Your ovulation detection should start from the 20th day. You can also use the following methods:Basal body temperature measurement: Start measuring your basal body temperature from the first day of your menstrual period. Place the thermometer under your tongue and leave it there for 5 minutes upon waking up before any physical activity, and record the temperature every day. Continue this until the next menstrual period.
Ovulation typically occurs around day 14 of the menstrual cycle. After ovulation, your basal body temperature will rise by 0.3~0.5°C and remain elevated for about 12 days. If your temperature does not rise, rises slowly, lasts for a short duration, or does not rise by 0.3°C, it may indicate that ovulation did not occur or that there is insufficient luteal function.
