Does frequent sexual activity make the nipples very dark?

Patient's question:

First additional question: Also, my girlfriend's labia is also dark. I see that in many adult videos, the nipples are not as dark as my girlfriend's. Moreover, we have had actual sexual intercourse less than 20 times, and usually we just engage in comforting activities either outside of underwear or on the labia. There's no choice, I love her very much, and when she doesn't like it, I do this. My friend told me it's due to pigmentation, that it's very dark and requires long-term treatment or massage. Is that correct?

Doctor's answer:

Men and women have many similarities before entering puberty, such as the same color of breasts, nipples, external genitalia, and skin color in other areas (areas not exposed to the sun), no body hair, and no prominent Adam's apple. After entering puberty, both develop pubic hair and underarm hair, and the nipples and external genitalia darken, indicating pigmentation. However, the amount of pigmentation on the nipples and external genitalia has nothing to do with sexual activity. Some people have pink or light red nipples, while others have nipples that are only slightly darker than the skin of the chest or breasts. Some say that nipples darken only after sexual intercourse, and the more frequent the intercourse, the darker they become. This is pure nonsense and absolutely absurd. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, the pigmentation of the nipples increases significantly, making them darker than at other times.
