Doctor's answer:

Conservative Surgery: For young women with fertility requirements, especially those who have had the contralateral fallopian tube removed or have significant lesions. The surgical approach is selected based on the implantation site of the fertilized egg and the condition of the fallopian tube lesions. If it is a fimbrial pregnancy, the products of conception can be squeezed out; for ampullary pregnancy, the fallopian tube is incised to remove the embryo and then sutured; for isthmic pregnancy, the diseased segment is resected and anastomosed. If microsurgical techniques are used during the surgery, it can improve future fertility rates. Conservative surgery can be performed either laparoscopically or through an open procedure.
Salpingectomy: For patients with severe fallopian tube rupture that is difficult to repair and accompanied by hemorrhagic shock, the affected fallopian tube can only be removed laparoscopically or through an open procedure, and blood transfusion may be required.
Medical Conservative Treatment: If ectopic pregnancy is detected early, when the fallopian tube has not yet ruptured and the patient has no fertility requirements, medical therapy is a good option. It causes less harm to the patient and allows for easier recovery. However, it cannot be used for those with fertility requirements, as the dead embryo polarizes in situ, often leading to tubal obstruction.
