Hundred-year fox

Features: People should not be too arrogant; arrogant people are often timid. The mentally unstable, like those suffering from schizophrenia, are a result of long-term psychological unhealthiness. Looking back at this manuscript now, I feel that while it may not be perfect, it hasn’t deceived the readers—it’s acceptable. In A Century of Wild Foxes, the term "wild fox" originates from Liang Qichao’s observation: "The older generation despised and criticized them as 'wild foxes,' yet their writings were logically clear, holding a certain charm for readers." I love the concept of "wild foxes," as it symbolizes the marginal status of intellectuals in Southern China, hence the name.
