Can a condom break and cause pregnancy?

Patient's question:

[Condition Description: Had my period on July 25, 2010, and it ended on July 29. On August 14, after intercourse, I discovered a hole in the condom, and it all went inside. Could I be pregnant? I submitted this three times, but no one has responded. I'm in a hurry, please help me answer this.
History of Treatment and Effect: Took emergency contraception two years ago.
What Help Do You Want: Just want to know if I might be pregnant. I'm 30 and can't calculate the safe period.]

Doctor's answer:

[Condition Analysis: 1. Try to minimize sun exposure; 2. Consume more foods rich in vitamin C and whitening properties, such as: tomatoes, apples, oranges, lemons, and tomatoes; 3. Apply some pearl powder, milk, or yogurt to the areas you consider darker, or use these ingredients to wash your face or massage. Opinion Suggestions: 4. Using talcum powder after showering is very effective; 5. Regularly apply whitening creams to the parts of your skin you think are darker, which is quite effective; 6. Drink more water, exercise more, and sweat more.]
