Duration and Severity of the Illness: From pregnancy (March 15th) to now (November 11th)
Doctor's answer:
Mothers-to-be certainly hope that their babies arrive at birth in the best position. However, due to multiple factors, it is possible for the baby to be in an abnormal position inside the uterus. An abnormal position can increase the difficulty and risk of delivery. Methods to correct an abnormal position include:1. Knee-chest position. This method is practiced by expectant mothers with breech positions (buttocks first) between 30 and 32 weeks of pregnancy. For safety, it is advisable to consult a doctor first.
2. The expectant mother should empty her bladder, loosen her belt, and kneel on the bed. Bend both arms and place them on the bed. Separate the legs to shoulder width. Bring the chest as close to the bed as possible. Bend the knees so that the thighs are perpendicular to the ground and lift the buttocks as high as possible. Generally, this posture is maintained for 2 minutes. After getting accustomed to it, the duration can be extended to 5–10 minutes. Perform this exercise about 3 times a day.
