Menstruation comes early, dysmenorrhea, and pimples on the face, what should I do?

Patient's question:

My period arrived 10 days early. I've never had it come this early before; it used to always be delayed. Over the past two months, it has arrived early, accompanied by menstrual cramps, dizziness, nausea, and very light bleeding. Previously, I rarely got acne on my face, but this month I've had a lot.
Medical history and treatment effectiveness:
I've never had time to go to the hospital.
Desired help:
I want to ask the doctor what's going on and how I should adjust my lifestyle. Thank you.

Doctor's answer:

It is highly likely that endocrine disorders are the cause, leading to early menstruation and the appearance of acne. First, you can undergo a six-hormone test to assess the endocrine system. Then, medication such as Dian or Bromocriptine may be prescribed for regulation. Early menstruation refers to a menstrual cycle shorter than 21 days. If it occurs for more than two consecutive cycles, it is classified as ovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding (DUB) with a biphasic basal body temperature. This may include a short follicular phase of only 7–8 days, a luteal phase shorter than 10 days, or insufficient temperature rise of less than 0.5°C. If there are no issues with your menstrual cycle, it is recommended that you undergo a gynecological examination.
