"The Jumping Woman" vividly portrays the laughable and pitiful emptiness of a woman's soul who craves vanity. "The Sixth Ward" is a masterpiece that perfectly combines ideological depth and artistic excellence, narrating a story about a person who is considered a "madman" in the autocratic Russia of the Tsars for being thoughtful and daring to speak out.
