Features: After graduating from the Fine Arts School in Paris, Alain le Quernec began teaching painting. In the 1970s, he spent his time at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. At that time, he conducted research with painter and poster designer Henryk Tomaszewski, which had a decisive influence on his artistic career. From then on, his approach to space, language, and symbols aligned with the "Demands" of the Polish Academy. After returning to France, he lived and taught in Brittany. The traces of Brittany had a long-lasting impact on his work and even became one of the main features of his art.
