What makes it captivating is its vivid and dynamic colors. Ordinary bottles, jars, flowers, and fruits, through the interplay and fusion of light and color, instantly transform into radiant and shimmering works of art. Under the artist's emotionally charged brushstrokes, the bottles, jars, flowers, and fruits depicted in the painting are no longer solitary or indifferent. Instead, they become colorful and imbued with a unique vitality in a luminous and expressive atmosphere. The objects in the painting seem to engage in a spiritual dialogue and emotional exchange with the viewer, as they carry the charm of traditional Chinese painting and the heartfelt passion infused by the artist. Watercolor painting is not an easy love to embrace for a lifetime. In terms of painting categories, it belongs to watercolor painting in Western art, yet it is not as prestigious as pure watercolor. It is named so because it involves adding white pigment to watercolor paintings to create thicker layers (now known as heavy watercolor or thick watercolor in the West). Therefore, it is somewhat like the "illegitimate child" of watercolor painting, hesitantly referred to as "watercolor painting" in China.
