Features: With an increasing number of students engaging in art studies, the competition for the art college entrance exam is becoming fiercer. The difficulty and content of the exam are continuously rising, placing higher demands on students' painting skills. In the art college entrance exam, it is common to see students who have solid foundational painting skills and strong intuition, often receiving praise from classmates and teachers in regular painting evaluations, yet fail to achieve ideal results in the exam due to unfamiliarity with the format and content of the test. This is truly regrettable. As a result, many art students believe that the art college entrance exam is merely a matter of chance, with no discernible patterns. In reality, although the content and format of the art college entrance exam have been evolving, and the grading process still involves a degree of subjectivity, there are indeed certain patterns to the exam. As long as students understand and master these patterns, along with the techniques (exam-taking strategies) for the art college entrance exam, the exam becomes less unpredictable.
Based on the new characteristics and changes in the art college entrance exam in recent years, we have invited expert teachers who have been involved in creating and grading the exam to meticulously compile this series of books. Through the study and analysis of art entrance exam questions from different regions and institutions over the years, as well as a comprehensive tracking survey of a large number of candidates' performance in the art college entrance exam, this series provides a thorough analysis of the exam's content, features, exam-taking strategies, and painting techniques. It aims to help candidates familiarize themselves with the art college entrance exam, maximize their potential, and approach the exam with ease, ultimately performing at their best.
