Features: This book follows the order of the "Outline of Physics Contest Content for High School Students in China," divided into two parts: Theoretical Foundation and Experimental Foundation. In each chapter, we provide an in-depth and concise explanation of high school physics knowledge. In the examples, we focus on how to establish physical models, how to analyze physical problems, how to find the best key methods, how to make full use of mathematical tools to solve physics problems, and how to connect theory with practice. We emphasize deepening and broadening knowledge, the comprehensive application of concepts, principles, and methods, and the cultivation of students' abilities to analyze and solve problems. We also focus on stimulating students' interest in learning and their desire for knowledge, enabling them to think independently and strengthen practice. We have selected an appropriate number of exercises for each chapter to help students consolidate and test their knowledge. To assist students in self-study, answers are provided at the end of the book. To enhance experimental guidance, through the analysis of questions, students will gain a deeper understanding of the principles and patterns of question-setting in the national physics contest experimental competition. As an appendix, the book also includes the preliminary and final contest questions and solutions for the 20th National High School Physics Contest.
