Features: Standard head acupoint lines are located on the scalp. According to the anatomical names of the skull, they are divided into four regions: the frontal region, the top region, and the temporal region, with 14 standard lines (25 lines in total, including left, right, and central).
Head acupuncture, also known as scalp acupuncture, is a method of treating and preventing diseases by stimulating specific acupoint lines on the head. Its theoretical basis is primarily derived from traditional Zang-Fu organ meridian theory and the functional localization of the cerebral cortex projected onto the scalp, from which corresponding head acupoint lines are selected.
