Features: During the writing process of this book, the following two points were noted: 1. A comparative and contrastive writing method was adopted. According to the same content or the same type of issue, the relevant provisions of the Anti-Dumping Act, the Anti-Dumping Code, and China's Anti-Dumping Regulations were listed, introduced in a concentrated manner for easy comparison. 2. Emphasis was placed on key points, and difficulties were broken down, providing references for counterclaims. The book is divided into three parts: Part I General Theory, which primarily discusses the concepts of dumping and anti-dumping law, the nature, role, and basic principles of anti-dumping law, the sources of anti-dumping law, and the relationship between anti-dumping law and adjacent legal departments. Through the discussion of these fundamental concepts and basic knowledge, readers gain a comprehensive understanding of anti-dumping law. Parts II and III are the substantive and procedural laws of anti-dumping, which are the core content of anti-dumping law, possess practicality and applicability, and are the focus of this book, occupying a significant portion of the text.
