Features: Currently, condensers and vacuum systems in domestic thermal power plants low vacuum and tightness issues, which severely affect the economic operation of the units, leading to insufficient output, increased plant electricity consumption rate, and higher coal consumption rate for power supply. To regulate the operation and maintenance of condensers and vacuum systems and performance supervision, improve the operating vacuum of condensers, and enhance the thermal economic performance of power plants, this standard is formulated. This standard specifies the general principles and requirements for the operation and maintenance of surface-type water-cooled condensers and vacuum systems in thermal power plants. This standard applies to water-cooled condenser units.
