Features: "Marketing" is the most powerful word today. Various organizations are using the term "marketing" to demonstrate their advancement and efforts. What is the essence of marketing? How did this term originating from businesses spread to all sizes of organizations worldwide? What should an organization do if its products don’t sell? What should it do if it’s in a weak position in competition? What should it do if its image is poor? Specific solutions need to be tailored to the organization’s actual situation, but the overall approach is remarkably consistent—it’s to find solutions through marketing, as marketing can address these organizational challenges. It’s especially emphasized here that the focus is on "organizations" rather than "businesses" because for any organization, it produces products to sell and therefore requires marketing. When people think about realizing value in the market, they may first consider understanding market demand and then presenting themselves and the organization based on that demand, i.e., producing "products" that meet market needs.
