Features: The "Nine Yuan Series" is self-explanatory, with each book priced at nine yuan. Offering books at a low price to benefit readers has always been a means of promoting excellent works in the publishing industry and has been one of the traditions of People's Literature Publishing House. The purpose of editing and publishing the Nine Yuan Series is to inherit the fine tradition, allowing outstanding literary works to be better disseminated and shared as spiritual nourishment for contemporary literature in a broader range. The Nine Yuan Series Collection includes twenty titles, all of which are outstanding middle-length novels that emerged in the past three decades, hence the name "Golden Classics of Middle-Length Novels." In the future, there will also be a Second Collection and a Third Collection. Works from other genres will also be considered for inclusion in the Nine Yuan Series. It should be noted that some excellent middle-length novels that should have been included in the Collection were unfortunately excluded due to unresolved copyright or technical issues. We deeply regret this and kindly ask the readers for their understanding.
