Features: Life is a continuous journey of memories and striving. Memories help us understand ourselves better, while striving helps us grasp the meaning of life. In this process, we cannot overlook the constant reflection and introspection intertwined within it. Through contemplating life, our hearts become kinder, more compassionate, and broader, enabling us to smile through life's joys and sorrows.
Since I was recognized as the ninth reincarnated lama of the Tibetan Buddhist Shangpa Kagyu lineage, I have gradually matured from a young boy into a lifelong practitioner of Buddhism dedicated to spreading the Dharma and liberating all beings. From that time on, whether in my hometown in the Tibetan snowlands or in the bustling cities of Southeast Asia, whether in my studies or research of the Dharma, or in my efforts to teach and relieve the suffering of others, I have consistently recorded my experiences, insights, and reflections.
For me, the process of journaling is not only a summary of my daily learning and work but also a reflection on the future. When I have free time, I often revisit my old diaries, recalling the scenes and emotions of those times. In these reflections, I see my progress and realize that I should strive even harder for enlightenment and contribute more valuable work to the propagation of the Dharma.
Looking at the dozens of thick diaries accumulated over these past, I often think that this is not just the spiritual journey of my own aspiration for enlightenment but also a shared spiritual "treasure" for all Buddhist practitioners who seek enlightenment through meditation and insight. I am more willing to share my observations, thoughts, and feelings with everyone. I believe this will not only benefit each Buddhist practitioner on their path to enlightenment but also offer insights for many ordinary people in life.
The content of this book covers all aspects of the author's life, including his experiences in studying and spreading the Dharma, his longing for his hometown, his interactions with people from various professions and backgrounds, and his introspection and self-analysis during moments of silence. Through the book, readers can see the lifestyle of a Tibetan Buddhist lama and feel his spiritual world within it.
