Features: Each volume of this teaching reference adopts an upper and lower division structure. The chapters in the upper division correspond to the chapter titles in the accompanying teaching materials, generally including two main components: first, "Selected Materials," which collects representative primary sources from each historical period; second, "Academic Research Surveys," primarily introducing the current state of research on various historical periods in the historical field, different academic discussions, and various historical viewpoints, as well as research findings of significant academic value or representativeness. The above content can be used for classroom teaching, as well as for student self-study, discussion, and preliminary academic research, better achieving the overall teaching reform concept of "two spaces." The lower division consists of selected academic papers for reading, aiming to provide students with exemplary academic works. The selection criteria are: , first, the content should have high academic value and exert considerable influence in a certain academic field, representing a particular viewpoint or school of thought; second, the academic format should be relatively standardized, facilitating students in practicing academic writing and imitative exercises during their early stages. This part is mainly for students' reference outside of class.
