Features: This book is divided into three parts, consisting of 10 chapters. Part I is the Foundation Part, composed of Chapters 1, 2, and 3, which define basic concepts and primarily elaborate on the formulation and implementation of corporate strategy, as well as the content and methods of internal and external environmental analysis. Part II is the Corporate Strategy Choice Part, composed of Chapters 4, 5, and 6, which are divided based on different business philosophies, including competitive leadership, market leadership, and financial leadership, and discuss the selection and implementation of corporate strategy under these guiding philosophies. Part III is the Corporate Investment Decision Part, composed of Chapters 7 to 10, which primarily explores the impact of external and internal resources on corporate investment decisions. Among these, external resources include differences in stages of the macroeconomic cycle and industry life cycle, as well as regional endowment factors. Since the influence of corporate philosophy and financial resources on corporate strategy has been discussed in detail earlier, Chapter 10 primarily elaborates on internal resources from the perspectives of corporate culture and corporate organization. It is hoped that this book can provide inspiration for practitioners engaged in corporate strategy and investment decision-making; at the same time, it can also serve as a teaching reference for postgraduate students in economic management.
