Features: In recent years, review articles with keywords such as magnetoelectronics or spintronics have frequently appeared in scientific journals. Based on the close intersection of condensed matter physics, electronics, optics, materials science, and nanotechnology, a brand-new discipline—magnetoelectronics has emerged and has attracted widespread attention due to its broad application prospects in fields such as magnetic resistance sensors, magnetic head reading, and information storage. Semiconductor electronics, which modulates the conductive behavior of electrons by manipulating one of their properties—charge (i.e., majority carriers and minority carriers) with an electric field, has made leaps and bounds in the last century, leading humanity into a highly civilized information age.
