Features: The book "Cinderella" introduces Cinderella. Once, there was a beautiful and kind little girl. Her mother passed away due to a serious illness. Soon after, her father married a new wife. However, this stepmother was cruel and harsh, and she also brought along two greedy and vain daughters. The stepmother treated the little girl very poorly, making her wear ragged and old clothes, eat leftovers, and do a lot of chores. Every day, the girl had to fetch water, wash clothes, start fires, and eat, leaving her covered in dust. Her two malicious sisters would laugh at her loudly and call her "Cinderella." One day, the king invited all unmarried girls in the country to a three-day palace ball to choose a wife for the young prince. Cinderella also very much wanted to attend, but her stepmother refused to let her go, only taking her two daughters in fancy clothes to the palace banquet.
"The Wolf and the Seven Little Goats": The goat mother had seven lovely little goats. She loved her children very much, and they lived happily together. One day, all the food in the house was eaten. When the goat mother left, she warned, "Children, never fall for the big gray wolf's tricks. Remember, never open the door for him." While the goat mother was leaving, the big gray wolf was hiding behind a tree, eavesdropping. As soon as the goat mother was out of sight, the wolf came to the door of the little goats. The little goats said, "Your mother's voice is soft and gentle. You're not her!" Hearing this, the wolf lowered his voice and said, "Quick, open the door. I'm your mother!" But his black claws slipped out from under the door. The little goats saw the black claws and knew it was the wolf. They said, "Our mother's claws are white. You're not." So, the wolf quickly went to sprinkle some white flour on his claws and then came to the door again, asking to be let in. The little goats said, "Let's see your claws!" The wolf stuck out his claws, and the little goats, seeing white claws, thought it was really their mother and opened the door. The wolf came in and quickly swallowed six of the little goats. Only the one hiding in the clock box was spared.
After a while, the goat mother returned. The little goats heard their mother's voice and came out to tell her what had happened. The goat mother said, "I'll go find the big gray wolf and rescue your brothers." The goat mother found the sleeping wolf, cut open its belly, and freed the little goats. She then put big stones into the wolf's belly and stitched it up with a needle. When the wolf woke up, he wanted to drink water, but his belly was too heavy, causing him to fall into the river and drown.
