Features: "Snow White" is a world-famous fairy tale. Its authors are a pair of siblings from Germany, Jacob Grimm and Wilhelm Grimm. "Snow White" tells the story of a beautiful princess born on a snowy night. The king saw the child's skin as white as snow and named her Snow White. Unfortunately, the princess did not live long after birth, and her mother fell ill and passed away. The people in the palace were very sad. How could she grow up happily without a mother? Soon after, the king took another queen, who was very beautiful but extremely proud. The moment she saw the lovely Snow White, she felt uneasy. The queen had a magic mirror, and every time she asked, "Who is the most beautiful in the world?" the mirror would reply, "The queen is the most beautiful." Days passed. One day, the mirror answered, "Snow White is the most beautiful." How could the queen tolerate someone being more beautiful than her? So, she secretly ordered a warrior to take Snow White into the forest to be killed. The warrior couldn’t bear to do it, but he dared not disobey the queen’s command. Snow White was taken to the forest by the warrior, thinking it was just for fun, so she was very happy. The warrior couldn’t bring himself to kill her and believed she would not find her way back to the palace, so he left her alone. As night fell, Snow White could not return home. She was hungry, tired, and anxious. Then, she came to a house with no one inside. Snow White entered, "Ah, what a strange house." There were seven small tables and chairs, seven delicious meals, and seven small beds. Snow White first ate her fill and then lay down on one of the beds, falling asleep. When Snow White woke up, she saw seven dwarfs in the room, all staring at her with wide eyes. Snow White quickly told them about getting lost in the forest. The dwarfs sympathized with Snow White and asked her to stay with them. From then on, the dwarfs went out to work, and Snow White cleaned the room and cooked meals. They lived happily together. The queen believed she was the most beautiful woman in the world. One day, she asked the magic mirror again, "Mirror, mirror, who is the most beautiful now?" "Of course, it is Snow White," the mirror replied. Seeing that Snow White was still alive, the queen was furious. She prepared a poison and spread it on a large, red apple. Disguised as an old woman selling apples, the queen came to Snow White’s cottage and called out, "Fresh and crispy red apples, little girl, try one." Snow White couldn’t resist and took a bite, falling unconscious immediately. In the evening, the dwarfs returned home and found Snow White lying on the ground, holding a red apple in her hand, but they couldn’t wake her up. "Snow White is dead!" they said sadly. The dwarfs placed Snow White in a crystal coffin and guarded her day and night. Animals from the forest also came to pay their respects, as they were all her friends, wanting to stay with her every day. A prince riding a horse passed by and asked, "Why are you crying so sadly?" "The princess was killed by an apple," the prince replied. Seeing the beautiful princess with a rosy face, the prince couldn’t help but open the crystal coffin. As he lifted the princess, her eyes opened. "Who are you?" "I am a prince from far away," she said. The dwarfs were overjoyed to see Snow White miraculously revived. The love-at-first-sight prince wanted to take her back to his country. Snow White hesitated, not wanting to leave the dwarfs. "If the prince truly loves the princess, she will be happy, and so will we," the dwarfs said. The prince rode his horse, taking his beloved princess, to bid farewell to the dwarfs and the animals in the forest. They traveled over mountains and valleys, finally returning to his kingdom, where he married Snow White. The cruel queen received an invitation from the neighboring kingdom. After dressing up, she stood before the magic mirror and asked, "Who is the most beautiful?" This time, the mirror replied, "The bride of the neighboring king is the most beautiful." Hearing this, the queen furiously drew a sharp sword, mounted a broom, and rushed to the neighboring kingdom. All along the way, she bit her teeth and muttered, "I will never allow anyone to be more beautiful than me! I will kill you!" When the queen arrived in the neighboring kingdom, she never imagined that the bride was Snow White! Enraged, she spat blood and died. Snow White and the handsome prince lived a happy life together.
