Features: This book consists of two stories. In the first story, the wolf king Lightning was exiled from the wolf pack since childhood and grew up in a tiger's den, learning survival skills. In adulthood, during his years of wandering, Lightning subdued several brothers and became the head wolf. During the time when the mountains were covered in heavy snow, several wolf packs gathered, Lightning defeated other head wolves and became the true wolf king, leading his starving brothers to declare war on a pair of tigers and the wild pigs they raised. In the second story, the wolf king Lightning is the offspring of a hunting dog and a male wolf, raised meticulously by the old hunter Sening. During a wolf pack's raid on a village, Lightning challenged the head wolf for the safety of the village and became the wolf king in one fell swoop. Two years later, Lightning was attacked by the hunter Gongga, which led to the "coming out of the mountain" of the "Seventh Uncle." The Seventh Uncle has thirteen hunting dogs, among whom the dog king Black Tiger is particularly valiant. Lightning and his brother fight against the Seventh Uncle and his hunting dogs in a series of fierce battles.
