Over 100 illustrations of lively and adorable world-famous dogs. Dogs have been companions to humans since ancient times, regarded as the most loyal animals. "A dog never abandons its master," even in poverty; they bravely fight against fierce beasts and show kindness to other weak animals, often taking on the role of protectors. Since ancient times, stories of loyal dogs saving their masters have been common. Today, search-and-rescue dogs, bomb-sniffing dogs, and police dogs have proven invaluable in disaster relief and criminal investigations. There are countless famous dog breeds worldwide. In ancient Chinese records, dogs were pets and gifts among the elite during the pre-Qin period, sometimes even presented as tribute. During the Ming and Qing dynasties, playing with dogs was a pastime for both royalty and commoners, with the famous "Haba Dog" being a notable example. With modern transportation and increased global exchange, the popularity of famous dog breeds has soared. Coupled with a growing affluent and leisurely population, raising and admiring pets has become a trend.
