Features: This book serves as a work guide for supervisory engineers in conducting quality control on-site, incorporating the regional characteristics of Beijing. Based on the relevant regulations of Beijing's local standards, the "Code for Supervision of Construction Projects" DBJ01—41—2002 and the "Code for Management of Construction Project Documentation" DBJ01—51—2003, it proposes the supervision work procedures for quality control and the basic requirements for supervision documentation management (the supervision work forms mentioned in the text are selected from the aforementioned two codes). In terms of pre-control of project quality, it combines the characteristics of various disciplines and the laws, regulations, and standards issued by government departments related to construction quality control, proposing key review points and specific requirements for the construction organization design or construction plan. In process control, we adhere to the technical standards in the newly released and implemented "Technical Specification for Construction and Installation Sub-item Project Construction" DBJ/TOl—26—2003, taking the perspective of supervisory engineers to delve into the processes of each sub-item project, identify inspection points for process quality control, and propose methods for inspection and acceptance, as well as the related documentation. Addressing the randomness in the division of inspection sets in actual work, it provides guiding suggestions for the division of inspection sets in the acceptance of sub-item projects.
