Features: With the changes to the "Basketball Rules" in 2004, the "Basketball Referees' Handbook" (2-person officiating and 3-person officiating) was also significantly revised and officially approved by the FIBA Central Board, taking effect from September 1, 2004. Modern basketball requires modern referees. Modern referees must master and execute modern officiating methods and techniques to achieve uniformity and standardization in officiating work and improve officiating standards. To keep China's basketball movement in sync with international basketball, it is earnestly hoped that Chinese basketball referees will study and implement the new "Basketball Referees' Handbook." The new "Basketball Referees' Handbook" has been translated and approved by the Chinese Basketball Association. All international and domestic competitions, as well as various levels of referees' advancement examinations, will be conducted according to this handbook.
