Features: In today's world, under the impact of the accelerated development of economic globalization, regional economic integration has blossomed across various regions globally. Its sweeping momentum and significant influence on the transformation of the world economy, political development, and the reshuffling of the global power structure are sufficient to label regional integration as a historical trend and a defining characteristic of the era. Since the European Economic Community pioneered regional integration, it has already spanned half a century. However, from the perspective of historical development trends, regional integration is still in its early stages, like bamboo shoots after spring rain, demonstrating vigorous and dynamic growth. Since the 1990s, regional economic integration has been represented by bilateral and multilateral free trade agreements. The development across various regions globally has reached a true new climax, with an overwhelming momentum and diverse forms each showcasing unique strengths. The objective development trend has far surpassed the research conducted and achievements made by the international academic community.
